Lead Classification

User who created an account in the system

Converted Lead

Lead who attended their first class (synonymous with New Client)

Unconverted Lead

Lead who created an account but never attended a class

Client Classification

New Client

Client who attended their first class within the selected timeframe

At-Risk Client

Client whose attendance in the selected 30 days decreased by >50% compared to the prior 30 days

Revenue
